International Aid & Trade

International Aid & Trade has been the world's leading forum for humanitarian relief professionals to cement relationships, build partnerships, gain understanding and share experiences. Having been acquired by Henley Media Group in 2005, International Aid & Trade ran in Geneva in 2006, 2007 and 2008. In 2009 the event moved to Washington D.C., in partnership with InterAction, the largest coalition of U.S.-based international nongovernmental organizations (NGOs).

Since inception, the event has successfully brought together the international humanitarian community - including UN, NGO, governmental and intergovernmental organizations and the private sector - to network and improve coordination and communication, thereby increasing the effectiveness of humanitarian aid response and relief while driving investment towards the suppliers of fundamental and innovative goods and services.

For 2010 and beyond
The event will broaden its focus to include development issues. To reflect this, the name has changed to the Aid & International Development Forum, opening up the scope of the event for both organizations involved and topics we can cover.
