Christina Ragsdale is a communications professional with extensive experience and training in emergency and disaster communications.  She currently leads the communications office of the Sacramento Air Quality Management District, a leader in US environmental management and adaptation issues. Ms. Ragsdale has over 20 years of experience and consulting in leveraging solutions that bring projects and conflicts to successful conclusions through collaboration and building relationships with stakeholders.
