Chris Williams is Director in the Investment and Risk Management Division in the Office of the Chief Executive, at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). Prior to joining MCC in March 2007, he worked at Booz Allen Hamilton for seven years as a program manager for USAID-funded technical assistance projects, which addressed issues ranging from land reform to competitiveness to judicial and legal reform. He spent four years working in Russia managing a land privatization and farm reorganization program and related projects for the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
