Ms. Copeland earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from the University of South Alabama in 1996, a Master of Science in Geography from the University of Alabama in 1998 and a PhD in Climatology from Louisiana State University in 2006. She is currently the Program Manager for the 95th Brigade's Civil Affairs Operating System.
