Joe Simmons is the Connectivity Program Director for NetHope located in McLean, Virginia. NetHope aims to be a catalyst for collaboration in the International NGO community and enable best use of technology for connectivity in the developing parts of the world. Prior to joining NetHope in 2003, Simmons worked for Bell Labs for over 20 years and held a variety of technical management positions.
