Larry Wentz is a Senior Research Fellow at the National Defense University, Center for Technology and National Security Policy.  He is an experienced manager, strategic planner, and subject matter expert on civil-military operations and information communications technology (ICT) support to complex operations with hands on field experience in the Balkans, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Haiti.
