Lionel Marre is the Project Manager of the World Food Programme’s Emergency Preparedness and Response Branch in Rome, Italy. The Emergency Preparedness Response Branch’s main projects involve development and implementation of a worldwide ticketing system; life satellite tracking system; migration of analog to a digital system; fast deployable emergency telecom and PDA integration into email and VoiP worldwide network. Marre has worked for 15 years in the field of emergency relief. As a project manager he is split between WFP's D&D IT unit and Aviation unit.
