Loren is responsible for evaluating investment proposals and coordinating program development and implementation to ensure MCC-funded projects are environmentally and socially sustainable. He has over 19 years of experience as an international development and environmental specialist, and is currently the Project Lead for MCC’s $332 million Green Prosperity Project in Indonesia, supporting low-carbon development. Previously, Loren worked in the White House Council on Environmental Quality, developing Federal recommendations for adapting to climate change domestically and internationally.
