Steve Birnbaum is a consultant with 20 years experience in the telecommunications field.  He has worked with a wide range of clients worldwide, including the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs, Nokia and the UN.  Most recently, he was the CTO and VP Enterprise Solutions for a large VSAT service provider operating in Africa and the Middle East.  He has written articles for both online and print publication, and has spoken at conferences and seminars worldwide.
